Who We Are
At McQueen Cairns Technology,
we have pioneered and developed
several leading systems in the food
sector including an accurate means of
measuring humidity in baking ovens as
part of a 5-year collaboration project
with leading biscuit and snack producer
McVities, part of United Biscuits.
While working in this world of ovens,
freezers, cookers and conveyor lines, we
identified a significant need to be able to
record high quality images and videos
of the inside of machines with ease and
quickly with the minimum of skills, so we
developed an all-in-one box and easy to
use solution.
We work with an extensive customer
base, including international food
manufacturers such as United Biscuits, Weetabix, Kraft Foods, Nestle, Barilla, and
machine producers including GEA, and
Baker Perkins. We also work with small
and medium sized businesses, helping
to improve functionality, quality, and
performance.
